.300 AAC Blackout
I really don't know what I bullet I will use. Something heavy, of course. There are some bullets with desirable low-velocity expansion, but so far, they aren't being sold as components.
Federal's Edge TLR bullets look really cool, and they have a 200 grain version. Unfortunately, they need supersonic velocities to expand.
Since this is to be a precision rifle, I think I will buy Nosler brass.

To break in the barrel and sight-in the scope, I just need some inexpensive, heavy, cup-and-core jacketed bullets. Speer makes a 200 gr. Hot-Cor that is priced reasonably.
